1. Cracks

Raw material: There are deviations in the composition of the strip, and there are cracks, interlayers in the strip, uneven strip width, large thickness changes, uneven edges, excessive burrs, and burrs outward during forming.

2.Forming and welding holes

The countervane is damaged, the squeeze roller shaft is severely worn, the processing and assembly accuracy of the squeeze roller is insufficient, and the squeeze roller hole pattern is severely worn.
