Safe operation of pipe welding machine

The high-frequency pipe welding machine is a complete set of equipment that uses strip steel as raw material, through a series of pipe-making processes such as uncoiling, forming, high-frequency welding, welding flash, sizing, straightening, and cutting to produce round steel pipes or one-line steel pipes of various styles. Roll forming is used to cold-bend the strip steel into a round billet, and the weld seam is extruded to form a round tube through high-frequency induction heating. After sizing, the round tube and square rectangular tube of various styles and specifications are produced.

It has many uses in civil construction, petrochemical, light industry and other sectors. It is mostly used to transport low-pressure fluids or make various styles of engineering components and light industrial products.

The installation and operation matters of the pipe making machine are as follows:

1. Those who do not understand the structure, performance or operating procedures of the machine should not start the machine without authorization;  

2. During the working process of the machine, there should be no maintenance and mold adjustment;  

3. When the machine finds serious oil leakage or other abnormalities (such as unreliable action, loud noise, vibration, etc.), it should stop and analyze the cause, try to eliminate it, and not put it into production with illness:  

4. Do not use with overloading or exceeding the maximum eccentricity:  

5. It is strictly forbidden to exceed the maximum stroke of the slider, and the minimum mold closing height shall not be less than 600mm. 

6. The grounding of electrical equipment must be firm and reliable.

7. End of work every day: Put the slider to the lowest position.
